Understanding can be the first step
A recent menopause education session led by Tess showed the value of having the opportunity to talk openly, ask questions and better understand perimenopause and menopause.
Following the session, attendees told us they were motivated to take practical steps for their own health – from booking an appointment to discuss HRT or symptom options, to prioritising their wellbeing and having more open conversations with partners, family and colleagues.
For some, it also prompted a better understanding of how they could support someone close to them.
Understanding what's happening can be the first step towards feeling more confident about your health and the choices available to you.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Answer should explain Devon's role and what someone can discuss with their GP, based on Tess's clinical guidance.
-
This gives Devon an opportunity to explain that the right starting point can be a GP/appropriately qualified clinician, while positioning the service around individualised care rather than claiming a particular specialist is universally "best".
-
This is a particularly valuable search-intent question because it allows the page to naturally introduce the HRT, non-hormonal and symptom-specific options already in your flyer.
-
This should be answered around the idea that management is individualised, rather than suggesting there is one "best" treatment.
-
This is directly relevant because it potentially allows the page to explain who provides the service at Devon.
