Ways to book an appointment
At Devon Medical Centre we really value your time which is why we offer you a number of ways to talk through your health needs with our New Plymouth Doctors.
We offer face to face appointments, but also virtual phone appointments. Phone consultations are available to all who feel their issue can be addressed over the phone without an examination. Those registered with MyIndici are also able to email our team with questions or prescription requests (fees apply).

MyIndici offers an online service that gives you the freedom to manage your health needs anytime, anywhere.
You will need to provide a personal email address and proof of identity. You must be 18 years old or over to sign up.
The practice will provide you with an activation code and instructions on how to complete your registration online.
There is NO annual or registration fee for this service.
Order your prescriptions online, these can be forwarded electronically to your pharmacy, (48 business hour turnaround applies).

The registration process is quick and easy. All you need to do is talk to a member of Devon Medical.
You can log on to your MyIndici account and access your medical records, including, viewing medical conditions, lab results, immunisations, allergies, prescriptions and other information online.
You also have the ability to update your personal details and make routine appointments with your GP.
You can order prescriptions and message your GP (fees apply for these services).
Similar to internet banking, your records are protected by HTTPS / Transport Layer Security (TLS) technology to ensure your information is completely safe and secure.
